Diane Richler, President of Inclusion International was invited to take part as a Key Speaker. Click here to read her presentation (Power Point)Good practices of inclusive education can be seen around the world. As part of the International Conference on Education, Inclusion International would like to share some of the best practices from their member organizations. Inclusion International is a global federation of family-based organizations advocating for the human rights of people with intellectual disabilities worldwide. Many of the parents involved in these partner organizations have children with intellectual disabilities who have been excluded from the education systems in their respective countries. It is our experience that inclusive education is the best approach. In order to achieve inclusive education, families need to work with educators, ministries of education, multi-lateral organizations as well as donors to achieve this goal.
